Working with Panos was great! We needed a quick inspection and he was able to come out the next morning. The report was quickly sent to us, and it was detailed and helpful with pictures.

Panos came to do an inspection of the house we were buying. He was very thorough. He started out by explaining to us exactly what he was going to do during the inspection and then proceeded to do it. Panos explained each level of the house to us..the items that were considered minor repairs / issues and the ones that were to be rectified sooner rather than later so as to promote safety of the residents and prevent further damage..He also explained in a way that was easy for us to understand and answered questions patiently. Watching him work, one can understand how much he likes his job as he is experienced and good at what he does. Thank u Panos
