This is a very late review. James is very professional and knowledgeable. Great help from him. Quick response, detailed answer, organized report which were all very helpful for first time home buyer like me. He actually helped me avoid a real bad property which I did not find wrong on my first visit. 100% would recommend to anyone.

If you want someone responsive, reliable, and trustworthy, James is your man. You need someone like James for what is likely the biggest investment of your life. Unfortunately there are many inspectors out there who cut corners. James it the opposite. He will take his time with you to explain and if he does not know, he will tell you. That's what I needed.

James was super amazing! He did our Home inspection and we could not be any happier. He did a great job during these COVID times and was following all protocols. His inspection report was detailed and well laid out. He took his time to answer all of our questions and provided many useful maintenance and preventative tips! James is a fantastic home inspector, we've used him twice now, for the pre-listing home inspection and also a new home buy inspection. He's extremely knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, an excellent communicator in explaining complicated issues to someone without the underlying knowledge, and a pleasant guy to be around. He came highly recommended from a realtor friend, Anna Oliver at Sotheby's, and didn't disappoint. It's awesome to walk a house with James, spend a few hours with him, and learn pretty much everything you can about a house, from foundation to the tip of the roof... he knows it all. I would recommend James even if you just want to find out what's happening with your own home... they provide a full manual on your home.I would highly recommend James, and the Inspection Services Group.

James was very thorough, gave us tons of great additional tips and information during the inspection since Im a first time home buyer which really put me at ease. James was very detailed - even went in the attic and did a thorough inspection there. The report is organized, detailed, and easy to read, and includes all the information required for house insurance too. I highly recommend James, especially if you are a first time home buyer. James did a house inspection for us (we couldn't be there due to COVID rules), sent us a report, and then went through it with us the next day over FaceTime. The report was extremely detailed and we didn't feel rushed at all when we went over it with him. He obviously has a lot of valuable knowledge and experience and was punctual and professional in all his communications with us. I'd definitely recommend James for any home inspections.

I was looking for a home inspector online and their website. James P. was the assigned home inspector for my home. He was very professional detailed and informative about the inspection. He also provided me some advice to do around the house. He spent his time looking around for any defects and improper workmanship. I am very happy with my experience and service provided. James was punctual, professional, personable, patient and proficient. James got to the house before us and got to work right away, he had all the right equipment (moisture meters, thermal imaging, electrical testers etc..) to really give a detailed (ours was a 60 page report), he was easy to talk to and gave you no bull answers and was always very patient even when asked the same thing by my wife.James was very knowledgeable and was excellent at sharing that knowledge with me. It was pleasant experience and definately we will be using him again! If you are reading this review look No further and book him now!
