Panos of Inspection Services Group was great to work with. He arrived early, fully prepared. He was methodical and thorough in his inspection. He took the time to show, and explain his findings as he went. He also shared some very helpful tips for maintenance of various building systems. My inspector, Ricardo Arenas, was very knowledgeable about condos (what I am buying), and he was straightforward and easy to understand. His thoroughness and willingness to ask questions and dig to figure things out were very impressive, too. I would definitely recommend ISG and absolutely Ricardo specifically.

I was really impressed with the knowledge and the level of detail the inspector(James) provided.Had all the right tools from thermal guns, drone and humidity sensor to name a few.He was thorough and organized and provided lots of feedback.Truly appreciate their service.We received the report in just a few hours with photos and recommendations in how to properly maintain or reach out to preferred vendors list.

From the time of the booking all the way to completion, Inspection Services Group made the inspection of the property we are considering flawless! Booking availability on the website was easy, and lots of slot options were open. Even with this bad weather, they showed up on time, and everything that was promised was delivered. Of course, that had a lot to do with the inspector, Ricardo; he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and he took his time to explain and show everything we needed to know about the house. I can tell that it was money well spent, and I strongly recommend this company. If you can have Ricardo assist you, it would be even better. Thank you for the great service!

Starting from the contact services at their main office, we encountered a very professional and accommodating agent by the name of Brittney and she helped us book an appointment for a last minute inspection and even out of town. She was very helpful and explained the process in a 10 minute call. Their prices are very reasonable even when out of the area. There is no extra cost unlike other companies. When the day of inspection came, Ricardo was very punctual arriving at the property at the scheduled time. He was very polite and professional patiently explaining to us the process behind this and what to expect during and after the inspections but emphasized on the results that he will have based on the things that he sees and his observations. He took the time to be thorough and included us on all the data that he gathered in the two-plus hours that he spent but very methodical at every area. The results were delivered within a day as promised, making the process still stay at the proper timeline that we have. He emailed the results with great detail for us so we can present this to the seller.I would recommend this company for all the positive experience that we had and the convenience they give their clients for doing such a professional job. With that in mind, Ricardo is, if not one of their best inspectors.
