Was a bit wary of the whole home inspection business. But having seen James in action today I trust these guys 100%. He was great at explaining everything he was doing and provided context for me to understand the results. Absolutely professional, great communication, and competent. I would go with them again in a heartbeat! (Note, they have an online calendar for booking appointments! I really love the convenience of not having to play phone tag. Might just be me though...)

Panos was very professional. Showed up on time and started the inspection. Reviewed and explained his findings as we went through the home. Very thorough and detailed. We chose the basic air quality test and was thankful we did. Found a major issue as a result. I would definitely recommend Inspection Services Group. Thank you Panos.

I got Panos to inspect my home based on My realtor's (shout out to Sam Saberi) recommendation.He was on time, friendly and did not just want to make a few dollars and jerryrig a report.Panos explined everything, gave points on what needs to be in my plans and how to deal with these.Very happy with the service I got.

Panos was courteous and efficient throughout our WETT inspection. It was a bit of a carnival at our home yesterday; our daughter and granddaughter arrived for a visit within minutes of our ISG apointment time. Panos patiently explained the compliance requirements, and still managed to work quickly and discreetly between interruptions. Our completed report was available within hours!

My inspector Panos came today for the year end inspection. He was phenomenal. He took his time to explain all of the workings of my house as I am dealing with a new build that has many issues. He caught many issues that I would not even think to check like my sub-pump completely malfunctioning and issues with a window that needs to be replaced. He checked every water line, every toilet, every door and door handle. He did a thorough inspetion of the roof and caught many little issues that could later become bigger issues. He checked the connections of the dryer and educated me to where all the runs to the outside are and how to monitor them. He caught some mold on the framing in the basement and even found electrical issues when he checked the fuse box. He inspected the grading and showed me issues with water going to the house. All of these could have snowballed into much bigger and more expensive issues down the road. He patinetly answered all my questions and spent time showing me how to monitor little issues so they can be fixed quickly. Best money spent! I have such peace of mind and feel I understand my house much better now! Thank you Panos!

They inspected the home I purchased and did a great job at a great cost. Very thorough in their report, lots of pictures with easy to understand notes from the inspector. Answered any extra questions we had about the report along with any recommendations. Highly recommend.
