Panos came to do an inspection of the house we were buying. He was very thorough. He started out by explaining to us exactly what he was going to do during the inspection and then proceeded to do it. Panos explained each level of the house to us..the items that were considered minor repairs / issues and the ones that were to be rectified sooner rather than later so as to promote safety of the residents and prevent further damage..He also explained in a way that was easy for us to understand and answered questions patiently. Watching him work, one can understand how much he likes his job as he is experienced and good at what he does. Thank u Panos

Was a bit wary of the whole home inspection business. But having seen James in action today I trust these guys 100%. He was great at explaining everything he was doing and provided context for me to understand the results. Absolutely professional, great communication, and competent. I would go with them again in a heartbeat! (Note, they have an online calendar for booking appointments! I really love the convenience of not having to play phone tag. Might just be me though...)
