Panos was courteous and efficient throughout our WETT inspection. It was a bit of a carnival at our home yesterday; our daughter and granddaughter arrived for a visit within minutes of our ISG apointment time. Panos patiently explained the compliance requirements, and still managed to work quickly and discreetly between interruptions. Our completed report was available within hours!

My inspector Panos came today for the year end inspection. He was phenomenal. He took his time to explain all of the workings of my house as I am dealing with a new build that has many issues. He caught many issues that I would not even think to check like my sub-pump completely malfunctioning and issues with a window that needs to be replaced. He checked every water line, every toilet, every door and door handle. He did a thorough inspetion of the roof and caught many little issues that could later become bigger issues. He checked the connections of the dryer and educated me to where all the runs to the outside are and how to monitor them. He caught some mold on the framing in the basement and even found electrical issues when he checked the fuse box. He inspected the grading and showed me issues with water going to the house. All of these could have snowballed into much bigger and more expensive issues down the road. He patinetly answered all my questions and spent time showing me how to monitor little issues so they can be fixed quickly. Best money spent! I have such peace of mind and feel I understand my house much better now! Thank you Panos!

They inspected the home I purchased and did a great job at a great cost. Very thorough in their report, lots of pictures with easy to understand notes from the inspector. Answered any extra questions we had about the report along with any recommendations. Highly recommend.

I just purchased a home and needed a home inspection done as per the deal conditions. I called around a few places and everyone was a lot more expensive. I only had a couple of days window to get this down and they accommodated my time properly. I met with Panos at the home and him took me around showing me all of his findings. Explaining everything in great detail. The same evening I received the report and I was blown away at how detailed it is. Pictures, videos, so many ways of explaining that it was impossible to not understand.Highly recommend them!

For me, having a home inspection is a must for any purchase I make, and recently I decided to provide a pre-inspection on a home I was selling to support the value and marketing strategy to the sale of my home. In walked Panos; to describe him in once sentence, he is a true gentleman of the old school. To his core, he is a man of honesty and integrity and these values are unshakable by anything you could possibly imagine. He will not sugar coat and he will not bend the truth of what he is tasked to do; and that is to give you an in depth analysis of your home. He is highly educated, a subject matter expertise with lots of knowledge and continues to invest in his business with the most advanced tools, and continues his certification that is above and beyond what is required to practice in the Province.Panos, walked us through our existing home, identified issues that we didn’t even know existed even though we lived in the house and was missed by the home inspection completed at the time of purchase. In the end, we addressed the issues and achieved our purpose of providing a fully reliable pre-inspection and made the sale of our home that much more frictionless and avoided many of tactics made by some home buyers.With the purchase of our home, we wanted to know what exactly we were buying and what issues might arise after the purchase.
