We used Panos for the inspection on our first home purchase, which in itself can be a very nerving experience. Panos was extremely friendly, professional and thorough. Not only taking the time to identify any potential concerns but also taking the time to provide valuable insights on what can be done better to increase the efficiency of the property. He was very patient and addressed any questions we had. The additional literature provided on general home maintenance was a great touch, especially for us new home owners. All in all, we were extremely happy with Panos and would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends or anyone else for that matter.
