We recently hired Panos to do an inspection on a condo we were buying. We basically wanted to know if there were any showstoppers before we finalized the deal. Fortunately, there were none. There were a few minor items, which Panos pointed out, and that was great. He patiently explained what he was doing every step of the way, and was extremely thorough, checking things that I didn’t even know existed. And, even though a house inspection is more work than a condo inspection, I have no doubt that Panos would do an excellent job of that as well.
