This is one review I couldn’t pass up on providing!! For me, having a home inspection is a must for any purchase I make, and recently I decided to provide a pre-inspection on a home I was selling to support the value and marketing strategy to the sale of my home. In walked Panos; to describe him in once sentence, he is a true gentleman of the old school. To his core, he is a man of honesty and integrity and these values are unshakable by anything you could possibly imagine. He will not sugar coat and he will not bend the truth of what he is tasked to do; and that is to give you an in depth analysis of your home. He is highly educated, a subject matter expertise with lots of knowledge and continues to invest in his business with the most advanced tools, and continues his certification that is above and beyond what is required to practice in the Province.Panos, walked us through our existing home, identified issues that we didn’t even know existed even though we lived in the house and was missed by the home inspection completed at the time of purchase. In the end, we addressed the issues and achieved our purpose of providing a fully reliable pre-inspection and made the sale of our home that much more frictionless and avoided many of tactics made by some home buyers.With the purchase of our home, we wanted to know what exactly we were buying and what issues might arise after the purchase. Panos provided the type of home inspection that is detailed, with evidence and illustrations to help us understand what we were getting ourselves into. It was the type of inspection that made you feel like “I know my new home intimately”, it was like I lived in it all along and knew what needed to be done, I even get estimates for any repairs before closing on the property. Panos was extremely thorough and focused doing the work of home inspection. Given the largest purchase we will ever make i am glad he was so detail oriented about everything going through our home. My Fiance and I are going through the process of buying our first home. Panos came as a referral from our real estate agent. We had heard horror stories about home inspectors before and did not know what to expect. Panos blew every expectation we had away, he was professional, timely, took time to explain things to us, it made me feel like a family member was going through the home inspection with us. If you need home inspection, do not go anywhere else.I hardly get impressed, but I was very impressed by everything about this guys.Professional but very friendly, Busy but very responsive, Super on time and they know what they are doing, Ask them questions and the will take the extra mile to explain,The inspector who did the inspection for us was called Edward, He was a very nice guy, respectful and professional, he did a great job and provided a decent report as well ad a very well explanation while he was on location,Overall we were so happy with the service we received and i totally recommend them. Panos was able to accommodate our inspection requirements quickly. He worked very efficiently, inspected all the systems of the house and made sure we understood why/how he identified any problems and how to address them. He re-inspected any areas of concern to ascertain his initial results. Panos was very thorough. The report was easy to understand and went through exactly what he had already mentioned.
