James did a house inspection for us (we couldn't be there due to COVID rules), sent us a report, and then went through it with us the next day over FaceTime. The report was extremely detailed and we didn't feel rushed at all when we went over it with him. He obviously has a lot of valuable knowledge and experience and was punctual and professional in all his communications with us. I'd definitely recommend James for any home inspections.

James was very thorough, he pointed out items that I would have never even considered, and was also good at pointing out potential future problems or concerns. He went above and beyond, he even checked every appliance for recalls. I would highly highly recommend James. He proved to me why inspections are so important - especially when done properly.

I was looking for a home inspector online and their website. James P. was the assigned home inspector for my home. He was very professional detailed and informative about the inspection. He also provided me some advice to do around the house. He spent his time looking around for any defects and improper workmanship. I am very happy with my experience and service provided. James was punctual, professional, personable, patient and proficient. James got to the house before us and got to work right away, he had all the right equipment (moisture meters, thermal imaging, electrical testers etc..) to really give a detailed (ours was a 60 page report), he was easy to talk to and gave you no bull answers and was always very patient even when asked the same thing by my wife.James was very knowledgeable and was excellent at sharing that knowledge with me. It was pleasant experience and definately we will be using him again! If you are reading this review look No further and book him now!

James did a home inspection for us on a property we ended up buying. As first time home buyers, James did an outstanding job explaining every little thing to us. After the home inspection, both my fiance and I had a very good understanding of the house we were buying. Service like this does not come around everyday.
